DJ Lady Black Sally / MR Cheeky / The Pussywarmers & Réka
Antigel will rekindle the flame of the thé dansants with a fabulous fancy-dress ball, open to all ages, as long as you're dressed-up! Short of ideas for outfits and costumes? Antigel has thought of everything. Prior to the ball, you'll get to follow various costume-making workshops, including hairstyling, make-up or the creation of masks. You'll also be able to get an introduction to dancing, tarot or yoga, if you wish.
On the music side, jazz, rhythm & blues and funk will prevail in a New Orleans and Mardi Gras spirit, with a concert by the Ticino-based quintet The Pussywarmers & Réka and a DJ-set by Dunja and Mr Cheeky. The band, which also goes under the moniker "Little Freak Circus Orchestra", combines banjos, accordions, guitars and trombones to cleverly revive the Swing of 1920's America.
