GRILLED FLESH PARTY (death metal)!
Juliette Bidoche, Henri Devaux and Ennio Morricarne, three gourmets raised with Savoyards diots and Genevan longeole, share since 2012 their love for delicacies in a musico-gastronomic project, Grilled Flesh Party.
These carnivores are shredding a mix of death,thrash and punk in a carcass crusher to get some raw and thick meet juice.
All the cheap cuts are tenderized and marinaded in this juice with beer, then dropped over a smoking barbecue.
Just add some sweat and cook for a whole gig.
