L’exposition "say again?" examine ce qui se produit lorsque les artistes reconstituent un événement historique par le biais de l’image en mouvement. Les différentes œuvres rassemblées ici ne répètent pas des faits à l’identique mais proposent de nouvelles pistes de lecture, ancrées dans le contexte politique, social et économique contemporain de l’artiste, qui résonne avec celui du visiteur. Oscillant entre plusieurs temporalités, elles soulignent la manière dont la mémoire est une expérience individuelle et donc sujette à interprétation.

The exhibition "say again?" explores what happens when artists re-enact an historical event using moving image. The works brought together in the show do not repeat facts identically, but propose new reading avenues rooted in the artist's contemporary political, social and economic context, which echoes the visitor's. Wavering between several time-frames, they underscore the way in which memory is also an individual experience, and thus subject to interpretation.
