"Impact" réunit une nouvelle génération d’artistes formés à l’ère d’internet et des média sociaux. Installations, peintures, photographies, dessins, leurs oeuvres donnent un sens actuel à la notion d'impact, dans cette société autoréflexive, toujours plus saturée d’images et d’informations. Impact esthétique d'une oeuvre, choc des cultures, influence des médias, iconisation et triomphe de l'instantanéité, chaque artiste confronte le spectateur à ses propres émotions et à son rapport à l'art.

"Impact" presents a dynamic selection of works by a group of artists who came of age along with the Internet and social media. Their responses to our ultra-reflexive, image and information-saturated society range from installation, painting, photography and works on paper. All address the impact of aesthetics, culture shock, new media, the icon and an emphasis on instantaneity, confronting the spectator with his or her own emotions and relationship toward art.
